Scientific Research Involving Poly-MVA for Pets

Palladium Lipoic Acid Complex (referred to as PdLA and available in supplement form as Poly-MVA and Poly-MVA for Pets) has shown a remarkable impact in research for supporting various types and levels of health challenges and degenerative disease because it targets basic cellular functions that support the body and healthy cells. Some of the more recent research is detailed below. Notable in the recent research is the fact that many animals have seen positive results when PdLA is a part of an integrative protocol:

•  The largest clinical integrative investigation of PdLA was a veterinary oncology program, with over 900 dogs enrolled. Patients received the PdLA supplement as part of their protocol.  In this study, integrative PdLA support improved the animals’ median survival time 62% (103 days more) compared to surgery alone.

•  A leading veterinary oncologist used PdLA in his practice and concluded that following PdLA complementary support, animals demonstrated improvements in quality of life.

•  In addition to the above enhanced clinical parameters, a subjective owner Quality of Life Survey resulted in an 86% improvement following the addition of PdLA adjunctive support.

Dose Recommendations

Dosage suggestion for daily nutrition, support, protection and well-being:

Under 25 lbs: 1/8 tsp
25-50 lbs: 1/4 tsp
Over 50 lbs: 1/2 tsp

For pets with compromised immune systems, especially those undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatments, dosage is to be increased gradually over 3-5 days to 1 cc per 5 pounds, twice a day.* For very extreme or aggressive situations, we recommended the same gradual increase but doubling the dosage to 2 cc per 5 pounds, twice a day, until desired results are achieved.
